"This is a great apartment hotel. Nice location, close to shopping and dining restaurants. Reasonable price with clean and newly renovated rooms. Most importantly the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Room is well equipped with kitchen and laundry and also including free breakfast. Highly recommend!!"

"This hotel was clean, modern and the attention to detail in the room was a nice surprise (such as a Welcome note, robes and slippers), along with a fridge with complimentary beverages and snacks. The Staff at the front desk literally met us at the door and helped with our suitcases, as well as gave us valuable information on restaurants and places to go. Great location for walking to places. "Stayed here for 3 nights pre-cruise and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is quite small with only about 25 rooms but the hotel has gone thru a renovation . Rooms are nicely done and clean. Natalie, at the front desk is helpful with a wealth of information as to the sights, sounds, restaurants in the area. It is close to many restaurants, sightseeing sights and close to the port. The breakfast is nice and includes coffee, juice, bread rolls, croissants, sliced cheese, cold cuts, fresh fruit, cold...

"This hotel is near shops, restaurants and Lisbon Cathedral. The hotel staff was friendly and breakfast was really good. The best part of my stay was the view from my room. I was in Lisbon for my cruise and was able to see the cruise ship from my room. Absolutely loved the view!! I caught the sunrise in the morning and just loved the view of the city. The views are beautiful! You cannot walk from this hotel to the cruise ship…you will need a cab or Uber. "

"We stayed at Ferraria XVI FLH Hotel for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived and greeted, we felt right at home. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We arrived early and was able to use the changing rooms to change and leave our luggage in storage until check-in. The room was equipped when the basic necessities.
