"The hotel was clean and the room was really nice. The only issue we had was the noise. Our room was situated above the bar/cafe at the front of the hotel. Constant scraping of chairs which seemed to echo, and the noise from Babushka's, over the road until the small hours as well as the entertainment in the hotel at night, was all a bit too much. And it has put us off staying in this hotel again. "

"Despite arriving quite late due to airport delays, the team were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, which was such a relief after a long day of travel. They had thoughtfully set up a travel cot in our room for our little one before we arrived, which we really appreciated and made settling in so much easier after the journey. "Location: Great location as its on the main board walk in town and allows you to walk either east or west to other areas. Easy access from the main island highway. "The rooms were well designed and clean but we found the pillows really uncomfortable. Around the outside sun-bed area, the hotel staff decided to steam clean the beds for an hour which was noisy and annoying, I came on holiday to get away from the sound of a vacuum! The food selection was good but we found it luke warm, a microwave would be good so you could heat up the buffet food, lastly the orange juice was fake, I would of expected real orange juice in Spain also a coffee machine to offer...
