"Sercotel is in a good location, for us it was important that a hotel was a walking distance to some tourist attractions as well as not that far from the airport. The room itself is clean and the staffs are excellent, friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious and the staff who's always there makes sure everyone is attended to and checks the food/coffee stations. Overall stay is wonderful!"

"We spent one night here at the end of a cruise. The hotel was very bright, clean, modern and the rooms were comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor so the street noise was a little bothersome but nothing a sound machine didn’t help. Check in and check out was seamless and they kindly stored our luggage until our room was ready. (We arrived in the morning before a 3pm check in)"

"Great breakfast. Staff was lovely. Rooftop bar had a great view. Room suitable for only a couple day stay. No drawers and very limited hanging area. "

"Very much enjoyed our stay. 4 star rating, there was a couple of disappointments. No bellman upon arrival so we had to struggle with our luggage. We couldn’t get into our room until 6 pm so we had a round or two of drinks in the rooftop restaurant. Hotel comp us one round which was appreciated. Rooms are beautiful. Hot water availability for showers was hit and miss. Beds very firm . Coffee in rooms is mediocre at best, however coffee in the Somni restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Roof top restaurant had excellent food and service . Concierge Richard and Isaac were excellent and helped with tour and restaurant reservations."
