"Absolutely terrible. Thank goodness we only stayed for 2 days. Stay started with being issued a room key to an already occupied room (awkward), then ended with a being told urgently to not drink the use the water- no shower no sink use, with no explanation."

My partner and I are vegan, and although there weren't many vegan options available at breakfast, the chef kindly prepared a fresh salad for us, which we really appreciated. "Did not get to use the pool or amenities because we were very jet Lagged from our Dallas flight and only there for 2 nights but loved the hotel, ambience, the room itself was great and clean, well laid out. We got a corner room with breathtaking views of the city and hills in the horizon. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted all the staff were very courteous and helpful would love to stay here again if we come back. The pool looked promising and inviting hopefully next time"

"The hotel had only been open a week so there were a few things not finished or working. However, the staff did everything to sort out problems, were always friendly and approachable.
