I had a 5 star experience from the service to the nice bathtub and spacious room with a view. They treat you like royalty from the moment you arrive! I highly recommend this hotel. "For some reason, our breakfast was not included and Haffsa the IT manager very kindly offered 1 breakfast as gesture of goodwill. She was very polite and professional. Also housekeeping was excellent especially the lady Bauchra was particular about the cleanliness and kept the room spotless. Highly recommended. Will go there again"
