"The front desk personnel were courteous, friendly and helpful. They arranged for our taxi rides to the center of town and for early morning pickup which went smoothly. Overall exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel which is 5 minutes to the airport. "

"Great hotel to stay at. Located in the heart of Florence walking distance to all the attractions and places to see. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and basic. Room was clean. A bit of noise from the outside life, but it was ok. The train station is about a 20 min walk. I had no vehicle so unknown about parking. Scoot parking seemed abundant. The staff were multilingual and very friendly. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "

"Good hotel. Breakfast was good. Room also good for europe standard: big enough. Location is good. They have a new bar and front desk was advertising it with discount on first drink. However, when you go to the bar, it was pretty clear that this was a new endeavor for them. There were 3 group of people in bar in total and everyone in staff seemed overwhelmed with that. After waiting for 10 mins without being addressed, walked out and still no one asked what is up. Minus the bar, hotel is great....

"The hotel has a privileged location, right in the heart of the city. The rooms are a great size, especially for a hotel in a European city center. The rooftop is excellent — the food and drinks manager, Mr. Nicola, is very professional and eager to address and apologize for any potential inconvenience, which was a really pleasant surprise. "Overall it was a great experience. The only things I would critique would be the pillows were pretty awful and they only gave one at first. We were hoping the room would have had the A/C already on the day we checked in to help with the brutal heat that week in Florence. Asides from these minor inconveniences the staff were very friendly and even accommodated us checking in at 1:00 AM. It was a pleasant stay."

"An unbelievably chic place with everything I could possibly need. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s on a major thoroughfare for large walking tours. The windows are thick enough to keep most of the noise out, but it does get loud and crowded at times. Otherwise it’s beautiful, excellent gym equipment, perfect location, friendly professional and responsive staff. Would absolutely stay again. "
