"There was a whole community of hotels, restaurants, and businesses in this area that made it extremely convenient to stay in! The employees were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the amenities were great! It was central to several amazing places in Portland, and I would highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Very clean room, newly remodeled. Accommodation request were not met for us. I asked not to be my elevator and they placed me right in front of the elevator. Breakfast looks decent but poor quality. Fruit was not fresh. Staff was friendly and polite. Decent price. Unsure if we will return. "

"Their parking lot wasn’t very well lit and the parking spots were very tight. I wasn’t impressed with their complimentary breakfast, they didn’t have much to offer. Their hard boiled eggs were something you would get out of a vending machine. Took one bite and threw it away. Other than that, the place was very nice and beautiful atmosphere. "

"The check in was excellent and the shuttle ride back to the airport was great. There was still trash in our room and the bed looked like someone had messed it up with their hands ?!? But the check in person was really great. We were only there for 9 hours so I didn’t complain."

"We had a nice clean room. It did have a refrigerator, but no microwave. We were able to use the microwave downstairs, though."

"Had a second floor room. Loved room, but nurotic person upstairs, started pacing at 4am....heard every foot step until they left at 5:15ish. May try a newer facility....was really hard to sleep."

"Pool needed chemicals, the water was a greenish color. Hot tub was very foamy on the second day I was there. I couldn’t see the water at all just a thick layer of white foam. My son and I were only able to use the pool or hot tub one night (after waiting a reasonable 20 min). The remaining two nights were very busy with one or more families that had 6+ kids that which were continually in the pool and hot tub. We checked several different times throughout the afternoon and evening but it was...

"Room was very noisy, hard to sleep with the street noise and could also hear toilets flushing. Good airport shuttle, on time and the AM driver was great. "

"I could’ve said this was a excellent experience since us and the kids enjoyed it but I have a couple complaints. First off we stayed a couple days and we asked the cleaner n the front desk when we left to clean room n put fresh towels but we came back to nothing done. Pool was great but jacuzzi didn’t turn on and wasn’t as clean. Breakfast ladies very kind and it was great choices. We definitely coming back to this again hoping we get a better experience than. "

"The shower handle came off when i turned it to adjust water and start my shower. The staining in the tub was so so bad, 1 star rating. There was no soap at the sink in the bathroom only the shower/conditioner/body/wash containers mounted to the shower wall. Poor form for $170 a night. Disappointed for sure. "
