"The hotel is at a busy intersection and some of the rooms facing the 205 freeway may hear traffic noise, pool and hot tub were nice and hot breakfast was very good. There is a lot of homeless people wondering around the area and cutting through the parking lot but the hotel itself felt safe and clean. "Staff was rude. Front desk clerk was not helpful and when trying to check in car was told clerk was sick and wanted to go home and hopefully you can find a spot. We prepaid. Tried to check in hotel key with no front desk clerk. Went downstairs and found a lady making breakfast and I politely asked if I could give her the key she acted as if I was a problem and told me she had to make breakfast in an angry voice. I usually don't give bad reviews but the customer service was absolutely horrible."

It was noticeable that some wall patchwork had recently been done in the room, but it didn't affect our stay. The biggest issue was the overall cleanliness of the property outside the room.
