"The location for this hotel is excellent if you are staying in the area. However, the check-in process was very difficult as we had arrived with our young child before the formal check-in time and would have paid extra for early check-in after an overnight flight. Front desk staff were not helpful, getting any support was like pulling teeth. "Great location near subway or 20 min walk downtown…use the subway and save your energy for walking downtown . Has washer, we did laundry, couldn’t figure out dry cycle did hang dry overnight. St Jorge castle walkable from here with cafe/lunch breaks along the way"
