"We were EXTREMELY disappointed with the shower. Woke up this AM only to discover our shower had no hot water. Ive never had that happen before. Called the front desk and was told they were having issues and were working on it. WTH does Westin rent me a room with no hot water?"

"Couldn’t check in for hours. Manager rude, unreasonable, and dismissive. First floor flooded. It was an absolute circus. Laundry machines broken so no clean sheets/towels. No accommodations made. Didn’t get to check in til 7pm at night. The most unprofessional staff I’ve ever dealt with."

"My family of 5 loved our 1-night stay. Clean, great room layout. Good water pressure in the shower. Great pool. Check-in was quick & easy. I asked for an extra blanket and towels and these things were brought to our room in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast was a lovely spread and I had a great meal but my son would suggest a few more options like bacon & ham instead of just ham."

"The whole place had a terrible smell from the time you walked in the door. The room smell was particularly gross and strong, we told the front desk about the smell and they said they would look into it. When we returned for the day it was obvious that nothing had been done in the room. We spoke with the front desk again and told them the chemical smell was overwhelming and they said they would take care of it. When we returned the person at the front desk told us they sprayed our room...
