"I booked a double queen bed room for two people, however I got a pull out bed without bed-set and woke up with heavy back pain. The bed set was requested by me and it was delivered to a different room. Eventually I got it at 10:30pm. The toilet seat was flipped out and I almost fell off. There was no space for sitting in the breakfast room. Even though, the staff told us we received presidential quality room when I complained during checking out. It was the worst experience ever. I hope one day...

"Great hotel!!! The staff were very helpful. The rooms were absolutely lovely and big and CLEAN!!!!!! Breakfast was great and plentiful. Definitely will stay there again. My son has move to the area and when we a hotel room this will be our go to place."

Previously I've had a good experience, and this time was OK, but several things have changed: First, the elevator was reduced to one for a six story hotel. One was broken and slow, so it left a line all weekend. It too was acting up with the doors cycling several times before closing. Second, and this is a big one, was parking. There is a large lot surrounding the entire facility and the adjoining Hilton. It was never...

"I think the room could have been a little bit cleaner. There was a smell to it - like a leftover curri smell that I could have done without. The blinds were ripped and the shower could have been cleaner and better water pressure. We were here for one night for a local competition. It was nice to have the indoor pool for the kids and the breakfast was convenient. Lots of restaurants and stores within a few minutes so that was helpful."

"As an older inn, I don't believe an elevator exists--for guests or staff. A manager showed us to our room on the third floor and offered to carry our suitcase. The room was tiny, but charming--overlooking the town and commuter railroad. In the morning, popovers, muffins and good coffee were available, which we enjoyed in a living room setting next to a cozy fire. Overall, a nice experience."

"A pretty standard hotel with no issues. The breakfast was very basic and limited. The room had a large TV with a better than average selection of programing. Plenty of free parking. Good dining options in nearby Denville. "

"Outside was nice inside was messy the floors were not vacuumed. The trash was very stinking and not cleaned. Had to ask for everything no cups plates pots were not in room. Ask three times for a glass insert for the microwave, never received it still missing. Hallways needed vacuuming. Stove had black something on it that stuck on pots had to scrub them."
