Nice comfortable rooms & feeling of spaciousness through the hotel. "This is an old property in a scenic village in the Catalan countryside which has been converted into a luxury hostal, with spacious and well-fitted suites. No amenities on site but there are several good eateries with 5 minutes walk. A nice place for exploring the area from Figueres to Cadaques. "

"We stayed at the Ampura inn for 5 nights. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was quite large and had a fridge. The only thing missing was a plug for the wash basin but this is quite common in Spain and France. The buffet breakfast was excellent with something for everybody. The pool is also to be recommended "
