"The room was ok, bedrooms were nice. Kitchen cabinets were sticky and could use a facelift. The entire building could use a facelift, manual thermostats from the 90's by the looks of it. The sofa bed was broken, which was unfortunate as we actually needed it but made do (though for the price, we really shouldn't be making due with dirty cabinets and broken beds). Staff is very nice. "The breakfast and room were ok. Why no quarters at the desk for laundry? Our beef was with the person at the desk who basically ignored us when we told him at 10:30 at night that our bathroom was filled with cigarette smoke. He walked the hall but would not knock on doors. I assume they should know who we share the ventilation system with? Any concern for fire? Anyway, we had to move all our stuff for a 9-night stay at 10:30 at night to a new room (our elderly dog has COPD) without any help...

"Out of five stars, I'd say this is a two-star motel. But then, the price reflected the rating. I didn't want to pay a lot. The main elevator was broken so guests had to use the freight elevator. One of the beds in the room had a broken corner, the doors on the closet were broken, and the latch on the bathroom door was broken. The bathroom was fine, but the tub shower drained very slowly. The air conditioner did work and was adjustable. There weren't any USB ports in the room. I didn't...
