"I booked a second night over and above my original booking h I called the office on the second night to get my door entry code a woman and said can I help you I said I need my door entry code and she hung up"
"The property is well maintained on the exterior. Slightly less on the interior. Electrical outlets are old and would not hold what was being plugged in. No ironing board/iron in the room. You could ask at the front desk for them. Same goes for the hair dryer in the bathroom, not in the room, but ask.
We booked a suite and received a large handicapped room. Suite terminology used very loosely. A door exists between the beds and the bathroom."
"The photos of this hotel make it appear much much better than it actually is in person. This is a very old property (not historic, just ooold). The plumbing makes noises. The tiny sinks are difficult to use. The tub was worn out and had pink mold around the caulking. The beds were not comfortable. The window, which is easily accessible from the street through the staircase and balcony, wouldn't lock. The restaurant serves bad food. I'm sorry to have to say that, honestly, I would not stay there again."
"Friendly staff. Rooms where clean and had amenities. Breakfast was pretty good. No sausage or bacon or anything but plenty of other options. Overall id stay here again."
"It's dated, but was clean old charm with old smell, I always travel with air freshener so that helped, pillows to flat, not much to choose for restaurants on this main street. It was a 20 minute drive to Burney Falls and hour drive to Mt Shasta , that's why we picked this location."
