"Gigi was the most hospitable host. His recommendations put us at ease as we ate and hiked through the Amalfi coast."

"I stayed here for two nights and it was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed!! First, Maria kindly waited for us outside the building when we called her that we couldn’t find the building. Though there were some difficulties in communicating, as she doesn’t speak English that much, but it was overall it was fine as we used google translate and gestures. She offered delicious breakfasts and the stay was just amazing. I would love to come and stay here again if I ever come back to...

"Salernoway due to being unable to check in. I didn’t receive any instructions of access the unit the day of my arrival. Upon arriving at the main entrance around 1:15 PM on September 12, 2026, I buzzed the bell, but no one answered. I eventually entered the building behind a resident and went up to the second-floor unit. I knocked on the door and rang the bell repeatedly, but again received no response. I find out phone number from their website, also attempted to call the property owner twice,...

"Positives - Villa was in a good place near a supermarket, restaurant's, public transport and ruins. Good size rooms with quite comfortable beds, good sized kitchen, air con was good. Negatives - we were asked to book in online before we arrived but no English option on their website to book in on so when we arrived there was no one on reception to book us in so we called the owner who couldn’t understand us so for 3 days he kept sending messages asking us to pay the local taxes in Italian!...

"This property is beautiful. It is an easy walk from the train station and it is in an elevator building. I’d like to give it 4.75 stars. It is located in the midst of a pedestrian only area with many shops and restaurants. And a small water view. The only downside was that we did not know there would be no housekeeping during our stay. We were given two coffee pods for a Nespresso type machine. On our return to the room after day 1 exploring, we had to go out again to find a supermarket for...

"Clean rooms, although you can hear the adjacent rooms. Mini fridge & availability of cofee machine and kettle were a nice touch. Not very straightforward to get inside, but located on the main street filled with cafés & shops and close to the train station. Would stay again."

"We met the entire staff including the cooks and had a wonderful experience. They let us leave our luggage at the reception while we toured Pompeii."

"It was within 20 minutes walking distance to the archaeological site in Pompeii. The room was clean and spacious. Our host was very helpful and tried to make our stay the best! The breakfast was very good."

"It was such a pleasure to stay here! From the great and friendly service to the amazing views! Great location! Not far from the center but far away enough to not be near the crowds! They set up anything you need as well while you are there! I highly recommend !!"

"Clean room, helpful staff, and a great alternative to a plain vanilla hotel room. 10-15 minute walk to many great local restaurants, cafes, and the promenade near the harbour. Also a great location for exploring the historical district of Salerno in the city centre"
