"Staff very helpful! Room was ready early which was wonderful since we arrived before the check-in time with all of our luggage. Excellent location - only a few minute walk to the train station. Close to shopping/dining options. Since we travelled to Italy in late September/early October, we found out after the first night that they turn the A/C off at night so our room was a little warm for sleeping. They did offer us a fan to use. Good breakfast options. Loved our stay!"

"Beautifully appointed hotel with an exceptional staff."

"The room was incredibly small and located on an unusual side, far from the other rooms near the stairwell. It was extremely hot, and the proximity to a main road made it unbearably noisy. To make matters worse, the staff was completely unhelpful. My pregnant wife, who urgently needed to pee, was trapped in the stairwell area because our key wouldn’t open the door. It’s the distance from places such as stores restaurants be prepared for any extra needs of expenses such as bottled water or snacks. Make sure the wine card you prepay for self serve you return for credit it’s $10 a glass and it’s about three sips. But beautiful place and great for quiet and...

"staff was very helpful and friendly!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel overall, especially because of its convenient location and the very pleasant and helpful staff. We stayed in a Junior Suite with four adults, and the room was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably, which was a definite plus. There were, however, a couple of disappointments. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to...

"We enjoyed the pool, the breakfast was fantastic and our room was upgraded! Lovely stay."

"This was a beautiful place to stay in only 20 mins away from the center of Florence. Beautiful views and the hotel breakfast was quite nice. The only thing that bothered us was the smell of mildew coming from the washroom. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay."
