We didn't realize at the time of booking that the property was on the third floor, which made carrying our suitcases up and down the stairs a little challenging. "Room was smaller and darker than expected, but comfortable. Pillows were not so good for me. Parking is poor in the area. Many restaurants and attractions very walkable."

"Great location, comfy bed, nice and clean. Great restaurant (called est) right outside the door on the street which was so good that we dined there twice. We also ate in for breakfast and a couple of small meals but we didn't have the basics that we would have appreciated like a shaker of salt, there was only a serrated knife that made cutting a bit clumsy. Bad hair because there were little botles of shampoo but no conditioner. I almost bought some but it was our last stop. wifi worked...

"The room was clean, big and perfect for a few days in Rome. Located in a great area, walking distance to many major landmarks. My only comment is that one of the buttons of the toilet wasn’t working and neither was the iron."
