The apartment itself was very comfortable, spacious enough for all of us, and well-equipped for a family stay. One of the highlights was the gorgeous view of the canal—a classic Venetian scene right outside our window. It added so much charm to our stay. On top of that, the staff were incredibly prompt and responsive, always available when we had questions or needed assistance. This place really exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and service. A real gem in Venice, especially for families looking for a relaxing and well-located base. "Great location for easy walking to The Grand Canal and St Marks Square. Staff were really nice, check in was easy and we’d arrived early so left our bags so we could go off and explore. When we came back a few hours later our bags had been taken to our room. Our room was compact but lovely with beautiful furniture and the bed so comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here and get a private water taxi in from the airport! "
