"We were a family of four and picked the superior chalet. It was roomy, with two bathrooms, and super clean and comfy. Being close to Rome’s center, we spent a day exploring, and the kids loved the pool afterward. The restaurant on-site was great and had tasty food and drinks with pleasant hosts and waiters. I’d definitely recommend it. The site had a laundry room with washers and dryers for 6 euro and a little store with necessities, snacks and drinks for purchase."

"The property was in a secure classic building conveniently located to all the restaurants. In addition to your room there is a common area kitchenette with espresso maker you can access anytime. We enjoyed starting our morning with a very good breakfast made to order on the rooftop. I believe all rooms have an unusual shower placement in the bedroom that is an open glass cube allowing no privacy, this could be awkward or not depending on your travel partner."

Lesson we learned is you need to call property directly for last minute bookings. Staff was very helpful in contacting other properties to eventually find us a new place. "I had a very bad experience from start to finish in this property.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. The property is located on the 3rd floor and the lift was Not working.. No hot water in the bathroom ( I didn't have shower for all the period I stayed there, ( I reported the problem to the cleaner who tried to fix it by herself but she couldn't ).. The toilet seat was cracked so every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat pinched my bottom and that was very painful.. No reception desk so...
