"I sent a message and request via Expedia to the hotel. No response at all. Hotel was nice and staff were excellent but a shame they did not reply or acknowledge my messages via Expedia. Poor."

"Beautiful property and very comfortable stay. Bed and pillows were incredible. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Could do with some entertainment in the evening, some live music at the lobby bar would be a nice touch."

"Really classy and calm, a resort for people who dont want the hustle and bustle of all inclusives. Excellent food, healthy and plenty of choice for vegetarians too. Love the proximity to the beach. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and the living area and kitchen were so useful. Highly recommend, we will definitely come back. Our group consisted of my parents in their 70's and my teenage children."

"This is a very good hotel, well situated, comfortable generous rooms, relaxed hotel, lovely pool area and grounds, good options at the buffet, but missing a few nice to have eggs options (poached eggs, omelette).
The drinks are of decent quality, and the evening and dsy entertainment was top notch.
The restaurant experience was notably lacking personal service and lacked hospitality which seems to have changed since our last visit. Everyone else was courteous and professional and helpful with...
