"Wow for customer service. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room is spacious very new (renovated room). We had mountain views and balcony. I liked that the commode is separated from the shower/tub area. The hotel is walking distance to Alpe di Suisi and Seceda and main town. A good selection of restaurants. The hotel has a top rated restaurant. I cant rate it since I did not eat there. We liked the rooftop. The breakfast buffet was good, lots of choices. There is no pool in the hotel but there is a free one nearby. Parking is available.
A few issues I had: no airconditioning in the room, some days were okay since it was tolerable with the doors and windows open. Some bees and flies came in the room but not too bad. They stated that the heat is not usual here. The amenities is lacking such as no tissue, toilet paper is rough, no robe, no slippers. The shampoo/hand soap in one is a inconvenient. There is only one so when you shower you have to get it from the sink. There no hair conditioner. No minibar but there is a vending machine at the front of tge hotel. Food is not allowed in the room but we were allowed drinks as long as they are not dark in color since the carpet is new.
Again, customer service was superb. Everyone was awesome. They gave us a small gift which was really sweet."
"Most surprising hotel of a two week trip. Didn't get to enjoy restaurant as we had already made reservations for our dinners, but heard great things. Area is amazing and hotel is a mix of great design and really good service. Lots of hiking, biking and scenic drives in the area. Dolomites are beautiful and cannot wait to go back. Totally recommend and great value for the money."
"Our experience at the Mirabell Hotel is only positive. Among our numerous trips, staying at your hotel was one of the most pleasant ever - fantastic surroundings, garden, service. If possible, we recommend extending the opening hours of the restaurant in the evening by an hour, opening the restaurant an hour earlier, so as not to leave such a rich dinner too late."
"We miss this place already and we only left this morning!!!! The staff.. are just WOW! All so lovely and wonderful!! It was such a pleasure to see them every morning and evening. All so absolutely lovely!!!!
The breakfast spread was great. We really enjoyed the extra chef cooked options like pancakes and omelettes. The juicing area was great. And all the daily baked cakes. Delicious!
The dinner was next level. Congratulations! Wow!!!! Every bite was so so so delicious!
The room set up was perfect for us. We had a room with a separate area with a bunk beds for our kids. Thank you to the hotel for accommodating us with this room. It was perfect for us. Spacious. And the kids slept so well!
We also loved the position of the town. Right in the heart of Siusi. A few shops super cute. A 5 stall mid week mini market in front selling leather bags and mountain wear was fun! And the easy access to the alpe di siusi was great! We really hope to come back soon! It was a wonderful wonderful stay!"
