This is an amazing place, beautiful rooms with great view, tasty food, very clean spa and outdoor pool. The family which runs the hotel feels like our family, so warm and helpful. Great for solo traveling! I booked their smallest room. They have a large breakfast buffet in the morning that was really good! Parking is a little small and tough. Room didn’t have A/C, and I couldn’t use the pool because 1st day was too cold and 2nd day it was closed for some reason. Hotel is beautiful and located in a great area.

We required a room with 2 beds which we received, but it was on the attic floor, 3 flights up with steeply sloping ceiling. There is an elevator for part of the trip up/down. The beds were twin size and extremely firm. Other than that, the building, grounds, and staff were excellent. The included breakfast was wonderful. We ate at the property one night. Best food in the area!!! Location has a bus stop out front, but is easy walking distance to the Seiser Alm Gondola station. Would stay again, but might request a room on a lower floor.

Everything about our stay was pleasant and comfortable. But the one thing we were most satified (all eight of us agreed) was the dinner. The five course meal was more than we expected for a dinner at 35 Euros per person. Each dish was creative and delicious. We ended up drinking more wine than anticipated (not included in the dinner price), but were all very happy.

Beautiful town! The staff makes the difference at this hotel. The entire hotel staff were so very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was huge and so very good. Great place for Dolomite stay

A lovely hotel close to the hiking in the Dolomites. Great breakfast (included with our stay) and wonderful 5-course dinner available in the evening. Staff was fantastic. Heated pool was a great way to wind down from hiking. A bit off the beaten path in a nice neighborhood surrounded by farms, residential housing, and mountains. Bus stop (routes 5 and 15) right in front of hotel (Google Maps didn’t know about this!) - Bus goes right to Gondola base. Be sure to ask for free bus pass for entire area (Bolzano, Castelrotto, etc.)

Parc Hotel Florian was the best hotel I had during my one month trip all over Italy. The place is beautifully located very close to the famous Alpe di Siusi mountain plateau (about 10-12 minutes walk), and also very close to the gorgeous little town of Castelrotto. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable and impeccable, and my room had a fantastic Mountain View at the balcony. After a night of tough alpine hiking and biking, it was so nice to return to this beautiful hotel, and enjoy the spectacular dinner that they offered, at a very reasonable price. Ursula was the lady I was mostly in contact and she was fantastic!! She did everything she could to make my stay an unforgettable one. Thanks so much, Ursula!! I strongly recommend this hotel to anybody who want to enjoy a fantastic Dolomite mountain experience.

Fiz reserva para uma noite no site da hotéis.com. Quando fiz a reserva a foto da fachada da propriedade e a propriedade é bem diferente de quando a gente chega e os quartos também. Quando fiz a reserva era de uma quarto bonito quando cheguei fiquei decepcionada. O hotel fez uma parte nova e no site coloca as fotos da fachada dessa propriedade nova só que não é o hotel aonde me colocaram era bem velho e o quarto muito decadente. As roupas de cama em péssimo estado. E quando fui na recepção falar que o quarto que comprei não era o quarto que me foi dado o recepcionista teve a coragem de falar que pelo valor que paguei eu não poderia querer coisa melhor. O quarto não foi barato foi 1,200 para ter um quarto com roupa de cama rasgada travesseiro velho. quarto e varanda precisando de reforma urgente. Enfim já mais indicaria esse hotel e já mais me hospedaria.
