"> FIrst at checkin there was no record of our reservation. The documents I had showed I had reservations got us a room. This occured at 12:30 am, so I was very upset. So I received no confirmation the next morning on my reservation. > No breakfast provided like most hotels. > I had previously called the hotel to ask they fix a error by Expedia on my reservation dates. I provided the hotel and Expedia staff on the correction required and I wanted to extend my stay with one additional day. They said, I was all set with these changes. On the last day of our stay we returned to our room later in the day and our key didn't work and when we did get into the room all our personal items has been removed and someone else was in the room. The receptionist didn' know where our possesions were. Why were we not called to ask why we hadn't checked out. No answer, this motel was clearly not organized and working to help customers. They did say they had no rooms, but then found us a room at a higher price than our origianl room. I was totally disgusted with the hotel and and how Expedia didn't get the reservations correct. I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN !!! "

Ana was a delight & kept the place clean, tidy, a fresh scent prevailed each time I entered the property. "The property was in the most convenient location for all of the major attractions in Estepona. Just a few minutes walk from the beach and the historic town. It has all of the amenities for a relaxing and luxurious stay and the perfect base for a holiday in the Costa del Sol. We travelled as a family of 3 with our teenage son. There are two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms with their own shower. This made the stay very comfortable with lots of space and privacy for families or small groups travelling together."

"No dish cloths.Complaint is with Expedia as there was no indication that check-in was with Hotel next door.We stood in entrance hall trying to determine how to gain entrance to our apartment."

"This is a very well located , good-value Hostal {situated above a busy café / restaurant , main entrance is just off a side alley opposite a busy / noisy Irish Pub} I had a small , economy single room overlooking the side alley - with a separate shower room just opposite my door.. Everything in good working order - bath / overhead shower + screen slightly worn & dated but very usable. Clean , fresh , modern bedroom with a good standard size kettle & large internal wardrobe. I would personally have really appreciated a small make-up shelf beside the full-length mirror , some behind the door or wall coat hooks and a nice wicker rubbish bin.. A small fridge would also have been super-useful - this could even have gone under the main desk on the floor.. If you are a light / early-ro-bed sleeper then this establishment may prove to echoey / noisy for you.. I am very much a night owl & have my radio on beside me all night but the loud coversations from above & the Irish bar opposite up until gone 2:00 a.m. proved too much even for me..! All in all tho' a very pleasant stay for a few nights.. 🌙🌝"
