"We were very disappointed with the condition of our room and the upkeep of it . It was filled with cannabis smell that stayed with the room the entire time of our visit. The a/c was not on when we arrived and they don’t have duct systems like that so it wasn’t coming from the other rooms. It should have been aired out prior to our arrival. The fire alarm kept going off and unfortunately the only thing the maintenance man was able to do was remove it and never bring it back. The shelf that you hang your clothes on was coming out of the wall. I’m asthmatic and my friend suffers from migraines so this definitely wasn’t a great experience. The tv was stuck in a back end screen so we couldn’t get it to function and gave up The front desk ladies were sweet and kind but they were not able to do anything about switching us since it was full occupancy. I do think that best Western should have things in place so that if a room needs to be deodorized, they can have a crew come to do so in these situations"
