"I found the room wasn't cleaned properly. The bathtub was stained really bad. I like to have baths but just had showers. I stayed there many times. This is the first time that there was old coffee spills on the table "

"We booked a unit that indicated in had a kitchen, we were originally shown a smallndarknroom that we would not take. Were given another room and told it was the only one available and had to pay additional fee because it had a king size bed, no kitchen. Don’t know if Hotels.com misrepresented the room or why we had an issue. Previous visits fine."

"Staff were wonderful at the front desk and in the restaurant. We were in town to coach at a soccer tournament so our stay was short. Next time we are headed for Nelson, we will stay at the Hume, hopefully for a bit longer!! "
