"It was somewhat isolating if one did not have transport but it was suited to my requirement of one night stop over to link with my flight the following day"

"Gorgeous properly and awesome staff. Beautiful views, first class hospitality and everyone is so accommodating and helpful. The only thing I would say is the wifi isn’t super reliable for working remotely if you have to do video conferences, but we made it work. The staff was willing to reset the router when I asked and helpful with so many other things. Truly an exceptional experience and our favorite stay of our trip. "

"She was lovely and was eager to help but lets you do your own thing as well. Willing to drive for a cost, which was wonderful. Kind and thoughtful. A wonderful cook. She was a lot of fun to visit and her kindness made us feel safe. She was also willing to help plan outings (making phone calls and reservations) if we wanted. "This apartment perfectly met my needs. I wanted accommodation close to Pigeon Island, where the two St. Lucia Jazz events I attended were held. It was also close to shopping malls, beaches, bars, and restaurants In Rodney Bay. "The apartment is in a great location with a stunning view and it’s in beautiful condition for a small 1 bedroom! Walking distance to restaurants and other stores. It does get hot since there is only one A/C unit, fortunately in the bedroom. I had read another review mentioning roosters! Lol it’s true and they are no joke!! I still have to give it high marks tho! "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Keep Cool Feb, 2023. I spent 12 nights here and it really was a home away from home. They have everything you should need to be comfortable. "This is an alternative economic hotel, just to rest at night. It is located in a quit place with good view around. It does not give you all the amenities that you would expect from a big hotel, but it is very affordable, compared from other options. I had an issue with the internet, and they relocated me immediately. Very friendly owner."

"this was a disappointment , first off they left me a 1/4 roll of bathroom tissue with no extra and never brought anymore for 8 days . the place is old and tired ,the furniture is spent . the sofa had a smell ,i had to put bath towels on it to sit . the A/C in the room didnt work and it was hot . there wasnt any chest of drawers to unpack my bag . the hangers were also tired and spent . no one ever came by to see how i was doing or otherwise . even tho i sent a text of things that were missing...
