"First time at the Atwater, won’t be our last. Staff was extremely helpful. Facilities were great, a truly beautiful hotel. Rooms were as advertised. Close to main thoroughfare. Recommend to all."

"Hotel is in a great location!
I was not impressed with my room though. It smelled musty and was dark since it was on the first floor off of the courtyard. It was okay for a night stay. The complementary snack room was great. The courtyard had outdoor furniture and an awesome fire pit that was very nice and cozy. Overall very good experience!"

"The hotel and property itself was okay. The room we stayed in - 509, was not clean. The restroom smelled dirty and the toilet would not flush. The bed sheets were stained, which we did not notice until the day of check out. All the front desk workers were rude and passive aggressive. I had asked for complimentary water (other hotels have offered this) and the lady responded rudely that they sold them behind me. Overall, not the greatest experience."
