"Front receptionist was rude couldn’t accommodate late check out and made us feel like we were just a number. Good luck asking for late check out. They treat you like you are nothing here. Rooms were mid.. nothing to brag about.."

"I like the location of the hotel and that there were patios to sit at. The hotel is so conveniently located very close to the main street and close to everything. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was very large and there was a lot of room. One thing that I didn't like was the fact that the room smelled moldy and without opening the window it was hard to stay in it. I think the room needed to be aired out for a while before people could be put in it."

"Rooms were big, clean, but our shower was leaking all the time and was getting the floor wet, there was 2 grills outside which made it nice to make my own dinner but only 1 table for 4, if anybody else was having dinner there's no more room, no place to leave the luggage if you're staying late on the last day which made it a real inconvenience, other than that it was a good place to stay"

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I paid over $1,100 for two nights, and the property was nothing like what was shown on Expedia. Part of our balcony was missing, leaving a hole. The carpet was ripped, dirty, and smelled terrible, and the corners were not properly cleaned. "Really clean space. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. What I really loved is that they let you drop off early and let you leave your stuff after checkout. Perfect for people who are leaving till the last boat."
