"Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a larger room with a view on the third floor. The room was very clean and in good repair. It included a large Jacuzzi tub, a double shower, and a pretty full kitchen. Now for the issues. The observation deck above us was not available due to construction on it and the stairs leading to it. The work did not start until after 8am, but along with general construction noise, it did sound like they dropped an occasional anvil on our ceiling. There was no ice...
