"Little to like about this hotel. We got there at 2 and asked about early check in. We were told no, so we sat outside. At 2:45, another couple walked up and were let in. The lady at reception knew we were there waiting and for whatever reason didn’t bother to tell us the room was ready. While we were waiting, someone checking out was complaining about the TV not working in her room.
