"when I asked for an ocean view they said it is not for third party bookings which made me feel ......... The jacuzzi was occupied by rowdy teenagers from Avalon which penetrated thru no lock gate, and made me uncomfortable. for over $400 per nite I expected more."

You can hear their conversation since the opening of their shift.Staff started playing loud music too early and Vacuuming around 8:30am.Also, fan and room light turns on and off on their self. Lastly, I ask the from desk for a Bandaid, they don’t have First Aid Kit."

"The hotel is beach front, located near all the action, very walkable to shops and restaurants. The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms give Miami Beach vibes, vibrant colors with plenty of space to move around. Beds and pillows were very comfy, slept great. The room offers a nice sized dressing area, space for 2 to move around. The shower was also spacious, loved that there was a shower wand, it may seem a small luxury but appreciated greatly.
