Don’t be put off by the scruffy surroundings and grafittied exterior, as the internal courtyard where breakfast is served is a quiet oasis and we had a room which opened onto it. Room was large and comfortable, buffet breakfast very good. Communication was good. We’d asked about a kettle and one was provided. Female receptionist was particularly friendly and helpful."

"Okay, I know everyone says this, but it is RIGHT by the airport and sooo loud. Also, they do play loud music on the beach till 1 am. The beds are HORRIBLY uncomfortable. The pillow is even worse. We had about half a roll of cheap toilet paper which was all used before we even went to sleep. No extra. Office closed. Yuck! "My stay here was beyond delightful. Staff was sooo helpful, from helping me book an airport transfer to helping me find stores and restaurants nearby. The response time was 24/7 and so fast. I can’t recommend it enough. The palazzo is BEAUTIFUL and so so so nice to just walk around and admire. Only thing is there are lots of stairs so be prepared. It wasn’t a problem for us at all though. It’s quick and easy to access the property. They also have complimentary espresso! Which is lovely for...
