"Everyone was very friendly and conscientious, including Wade who I spoke with the most. Staff were super accommodating when I needed help with getting my room near my friends room and getting a cot for my son. My only suggestion would be some couches in the lobby so we can sit and talk. Not so comfortable sitting on chairs for hours. Beds and pillows were amazing!!!! Thank you for everything!!!"

"The property was nice, rooms were nice and modern, but the included breakfast was not much. Toast, bengal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, apple and orange juice, yogurt, raise-bran and milk and maybe packages of oatmeal. No fruit to be seen. It is located next to a McDonald’s so that is an option for breakfast."

"Only complaint was the rugs are old and very dirty looking!!! Beds very comfortable. Gym was fantastic, and the coffee and pasty shop was impressive. We only had coffee as had breakfast plans with other's, but the smells and visual foods and drinks were very appealing!!!! Thank you!!!! Casino was a nice bonus too!!!!!"

"Perfect location for the concert. Front desk would not check in anyone until 3 o'clock so at that time we were in a line of 4 people. We are used to checking in & staff letting us know when the room is ready. Their system was not accommodating to us guests. No coffee maker in our room, tho it appeared other rooms had them"

"I should have read reviews. We couldn’t get past the front door. It looks like this is truly a half way house. People are literally living here. Homeless and seedy looking people hanging outside the main entrance. We don’t even check in because it was truly gross."

"Found a dead bed bug. Pool was unusable. AC didn't maintain temp. Parking lot not lit well. Restaurant closed. Appeared to be people living there. Not a safe feeling atmosphere."
