"Only positive was the breakfast bar. Booked 3 rooms for a sports group. Each room was terrible. Could not change hotels due to lack of availability during competitions.
Bathroom wall was falling apart. Huge hole where the tub faucet was installed, stained countertop. Dead bugs around toilet.Toilets that barely flushed. Spiders that refused to be rinsed down the drain. Dust and debris between the wall and bed frame. Stained and musty towels. Missing knobs for lamps. Hallways smelling like mold...

"The room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. However, the property is very run down. Also there’s no elevators. That’s a problem for older people to take luggage up and down the stairs. The staff offered to take it upstairs, but I think the property description is very misleading.
Unfortunately I won’t stay here again. Also, we didn’t feel safe walking around the neighborhood."

Im Hotel finden gerade Renovierungsarbeiten statt, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, haben wir davon nichts gemerkt.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und zum Frühstück waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich.
