"Good bed and pillows. Luxury towels. Liked having mini fridge and a kettle. Milly and her daughter Emily are friendly and helpful. Water pressure was a bit weak but not a major issue for me. Good wifi. No TV but that is not a problem for me either. I would return. 10 minute walk to the airport or ferry. "

"The staff at the property were excellent. Helpful and hard working. I left feeling like I had made many new friends. They arranged our arrival from Belize city and departure for Ambergris Caye. We stayed at the hotel on the north island but used amenities at their sister hotel on the South Island of Caye Caulker. Staff was equally friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent at both locations where we tried all the local dishes."

I mentioned it to Miguel and he gave us an entire itinerary on things we can do while we were at Caye Caulker which lead to so many amazing experiences. I honestly can’t wait to go back! "Love this property! Second time staying here (before and after the renovation). Wow, beautifully done. Still some more work to be done to complete but the construction was really no issue. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. The new suites are amazing. Will definitely be back."

"This hotel is old and needs updated. Nothing like the pictures in the photo . No elevators and stairs are not manageable especially after a long day of walking around the island. You have to ask for everything including towels. The rooms are dark and cold. No view except to a dirty yard space between buildings. If you are just using it to sleep then this is the hotel for you. It does not feeling like a vacation room on the cayes. Not worth the cost. Very disappointed will never stay here again....

"The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The male person at the reception area was courteous and helpful. I didn't get a chance to go into the pool because it was crowded and small. I enjoyed my stay but note the booking page says there is a microwave in the room which was a lie. I got a room with two king beds,refrigerator, AC, TV. The refrigerator took so long to get our drinks cold. There was no knob to adjust the temperature. The internet was not good. Both the tv and AC remote batteries...
