"Die Unterkunft passt was Leistung und Service betrifft ..staff sehr nett ..passt..was man aber erwähnen sollte ..Zimmer extrem hellhörig ..man kann ohne Probleme jegliche Komunikation vom zimmer nebenan mithören ..die nachbarn machen ab spätestens 7 Uhr eine lautstärke/musik .geht gar nicht .. "

"A room is clean. Staff is good but I don’t see much. A complimentary boat ride between north and south is good and exciting but it can feel a little limiting especially on Wednesdays. If you provided a booklet about the hotel facilities, amenities, activities the way to get north… that would be nicer and kinder."

"Lovely staff, nice clean rooms, air conditioning worked great. Only thing giving this a 4* is the bed/pillows. I personally did not find the bed very comfortable and I like a thicker pillow. Other than that the place was amazing. Great location. "

"Super Lage, saubere und große Zimmer. Die zwei Damen an der Rezeption waren leider sehr unfreundlich. Waren total genervt nicht mal ein Lächeln. Dass man nicht vor Check in ins Zimmer kann ok aber man bekommt nicht mal eine Stunde vorher Pool Handtücher. Noch nie erlebt. Zimmermädchen aber sehr nett."

"Our room overlooked the ocean, the room was clean and spacious, and it had a fridge, some plates, and flatware and all the towels you needed. Also the safe came in handy to stash things we didn't want to carry around, although the Island is super safe. Staff was amazing and we had overall the best time. If I have to say one thing, the fridge was on the older side and was making a lot of noise...Perhaps it is time to upgrade.... Overall Island Magic Beach Resort was an amazing place to stay! "

"Love this property! Second time staying here (before and after the renovation). Wow, beautifully done. Still some more work to be done to complete but the construction was really no issue. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. The new suites are amazing. Will definitely be back."

"The staff on property from management to maintenance were wonderful. Beach and two private docks, also wonderful. View from Ocean view room( 2nd floor) was amazing. Views at very, very top was also pleasant (open area ) Room was clean and well sized traveling with child, but a full body mirror would have been nice to have in room and some art on walls maybe. Pool was beautiful and set back of property rather than upfront with foot/ cart traffic. Breakfast was delicious! Individual prices, felt...

"They picked us up from the ferry. The place was very clean. They changed the sheets and towels weekly. Very friendly. It would have been nice if they would have supplied drinking water. Would stay there again. Very affordable."
