"Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful, including calling a golf cart rental company and having the cart delivered to the hotel. The location was excellent as it was an easy walk to the main area of shops and restaurants, but far enough to be away from the noise. We had a beach front room with a beautiful view. "This hotel is old and needs updated. Nothing like the pictures in the photo . No elevators and stairs are not manageable especially after a long day of walking around the island. You have to ask for everything including towels. The rooms are dark and cold. No view except to a dirty yard space between buildings. If you are just using it to sleep then this is the hotel for you. It does not feeling like a vacation room on the cayes. Not worth the cost. Very disappointed will never stay here again....
