"Everything was fine until checkout. Despite having informed us multiple times that breakfast was included in our stay (at check-in, and throughout), they proceeded to charge us at check-out knowing we would have little time to contest it before our flight. Finally they agreed to check CCTV / voice recording history but eventually never contacted us again. We reached out again via their website but again radio silence. Watch out for this trap"

"I had a great experience at Watermark. The staff was friendly, we always came back to a clean room with fresh towels and the location was close to all the restaurants and shops! We had a couple issues with our room and the hotel rectified them immediately. 10/10 I would definitely recommend. "

"Front staff was amazing. Answer all our questions and offered information on exploring the island. They really took wonderful care of us, with excellent customer service. Hotel is older but well cared for. Relaxing pool, excellent air conditioning and restaurant on site. Only improvement needed is to upgrade the beds. "

"Perfect accommodation. Cleaner than most! Wonderful kind staff. Beautiful pool with hot tub. A special thank you to Tuji our swim up bartender for the delicious drinks, history lessons about the Caye and tips on navigating the island on our golf cart! I cannot stress enough that this place was so fantastic for a slow, romantic vacation. If you’re looking for something a little more exciting than that, stay closer to town!"

"The resort seems to be fairly new and still in construction. We had ants in our room for the entire stay and called everyday for someone to call resolve the issue. I also noticed that other guests were shown around the property and we were not. The hospitality could have been much better. "
