"The resort was great the problem is when you go to Belize you shouldn’t spend more than it cost to go to Grand cayman! They charged high prices for everything… I mean everything! Even ice for your room was expensive. Also there was really no beach to speak of at the resort and no where close to get in the water unless you go to secret beach which is super crowded. Super Over expensive. The pool was great, but I don’t go to the Caribbean to sit by a pool."
"This was our last stop before the airport in the morning. The location was ideal for that. Dinner was fine but it took a very, very long time, even long in Belize time. The pictures of the pool online look nice but it was full of screaming kids, which is what it is, but just an FYI it was very busy by the pool. The AC really struggled and we had no hot water. We had been traveling for a month so I was a little used to lack of hot water at times by now. Yes, the shuttle was a little pricey but was happy to have it and they also picked us up at the water taxi. Overall I'd recommend and stay based on location and services. "
"Get the ocean view room. Staff works hard be kind and tip. Make sure pool renovation is complete, was not able to enjoy. Included breakfast was limited but gets u on your way! Casino - we don’t gamble. Stayed here after 5 days in San Ignacio doing adventure tours. Good location- taxis always waiting, tried different restaurants, did tuk tuk ride, local regatta and canoe annual festivals. Minutes from airport. Ferry nearby but water too rough so we skipped the cayes. "
"Staff is excellent. Room needs some additional touches. It should have two chairs and only had one. Toilet paper dispenser needs to be on a stand as it is cramped next to toilet. Needs a safe and a dresser ."
"The rooms were spacious. Beds a little hard but still clean and comfy. Very quiet considering it was right next door to the cruise ship terminals. Very busy street. But you wouldn’t know that once you went in the gated area. The pool was so inviting and relaxing. Had a massage and body scrub when I arrived. The most amazing experience. The seaweed scrub was devine. The massage…the best I’ve had in a very long time. Do book this place and walk the waterfront if you have the time. Highly recommend. "
