"The water didn’t work no way to shower or brush teeth wasn’t told until we arrived but made the best of it the man who stays on the property was helpful and did his best to make sure we had what we needed but again no running water is a big deal "

"Beautiful place but very simple with no tv or air conditioner but did come with a ceiling fan and 2 floor fans that we were able to use all 3 in one room. Came with a kitchen and coffee pot, stove & fridge but no microwave "

"This place is truly unique. It's so comfortable and just super laid back. The cottage was perfect for our family of 4. Having 2 bedrooms was a real treat. The kitchen is very well equipped. You'll not want for anything if you'd like to enjoy a dinner in. We would absolutely stay here again. It was even a hit with our 19 year old kids!"

"Great location, on the side of San Ignacio heading to Xunantunich site. Spacious 3BR 2BA was great for our family of 4 adults. Kids got their own rooms and beds. We had a washer drier in the place. Fairly private, great for relaxing after busy days exploring Mayan history. Highly recommend for a 3 day pass thru the cool sites around San Ignacio. "
