"What a spot — an amazing location literally on the lake! We enjoyed the views, the sunset on the boat dock, and the availability of the house’s kayak that we took advantage of for a spin on Cayuga Lake. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable and while the kitchen is compact, it was fine for two of us to make breakfast. And it’s convenient to all that Ithaca has to offer."

"We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...
