"This is a beautiful property in a quiet part of the city, with a bus stop basically outside the door and access to everything you'd want to see while in Lisbon. It's across the street from the parliament building, safe and almost no noise at night.
Our family arrived in the morning and the staff offered to store our luggage and give us the first clean suite available (early check-in). We had some unfortunate weather on arrival and got soaking wet in the rain (no umbrellas or rain coats which...

"What a great stay! Lovely, spacious rooms. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The neighborhood is outside the heavily trafficked tourist area with its own vibe— a variety of good restaurants, cafes, boutiques and even a health food grocery store nearby with plenty of items to prepare easy meals in the apartment. The courtyard, which is heated in winter, is a nice bonus space. Walkable to all major neighborhoods and train or tram stations. "

"素晴らしい滞在になりました。部屋も素敵ですし、おもてなしの気持ちが沢山詰まった部屋で、幸せを感じました。
鍵のトラブルが有りましたが、同じ建物のレストランの方、ハウスキーピングの方が助けて下さいました。また、支配人さんとその息子さんもとても優しく、電話やチャットでそのトラブルについて説明いただき、安心させてくれました。ぜひ人に勧めたいです！"

"The room was beautiful — high ceilings, lots of natural light. Tasteful decor. Comfortable bed. The staff was absolutely wonderful and made us feel at home and gave us lots of tips for where to eat. Steps away from lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Stay here!"
