"Great place"

"I didn’t like their cleaning people They don’t know how to clean the room They’re just fixed the bed but bathroom not clean and they don’t change the drinking glasses that you used"

"Really nice upscale western style hotel. Staff were all extremely nice and helpful no matter the hour. The restaurant was really nice. I love the different buffets every morning so it never got old."

"Overall experience with this hotel was excellent"

"1st night late arrival room BA5 had literally more than 100 ants in the bathroom, the deadbolt did not lock, and the hot water was only warm. We were changed the next day to a very nice lagoon front room with no problems. The only minor disappointment during our stay was that breakfast buffets were only available on weekends, but we were given restaurant credits to make up for it. The staff provided excellent fast service in all circumstances. A must do is to walk around the entire lagoon path...

"Love the staff and nice clean room"

"Everything was awesome but the food could’ve some variation like the constant breaded fish was there and dried little fish, could’ve had the Toyo or bigger cheaper dried fish not the butterfly dried fish 😅just my preference kc you can get tink with the butterfly dried fish. Service was great thank you to the staff at the dining and entrance 💙makes me want to come back."
