I really enjoyed my stay at the plaza. King size bed was really comfortable as well as the pillows which gets a big tick from me. Spacious room, the air con was excellent. The location was convenient being so close to the mall. When I come back to Cebu the Plaza will be my choice. Excellent value for money for what you get. Rooms are modern. Staff very friendly.

Room rates are very reasonable, especially for the size of the room. Overall it was a pleasant short stay, except for the really firm mattress. Cost of breakfast buffet was around $10.50, which to me was OK but my local friends thought it was expensive. The buffet spread was very typical for a business hotel.

The room was excellent and so was the service no complaints there. However the wifi never worked properly, I had to connect to the hotel next door to get a stable connection. The breakfast was also pretty disappointing.

This is our 4th time coming back to stay in Mandarin Plaza Hotel when we are in Cebu City. Fantastic location, just accross the Ayala Malls. The customer service assistance is excellent. All the staff we encountered are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The rooms are very clean, too! The housekeeping is really doing a great job in maintaining cleanliness amd orderliness in the room amd in the hallway. The room is spacious and we really like the space. My husband and I always enjoy our stay here in this hotel. Huge thumbs up!!
