"Everything was lovely"

"The employees were awesome! Room was awful. I checked out a day early. Needs to be gutted and started all over. Flooring had big gaps, dead roaches squashed on pictures, just a nasty room."

"Fair price. I stayed for one night with my family and young children. The lady working the night shift at the front desk was amazing and very professional. However, finding multiple long hair strands in the bed was a major concern. It gave the impression that the bedding had not been changed before our arrival, which is unacceptable, especially when traveling with young children. Clean bedding is a basic expectation for any hotel stay."

"The Hotel was under renovation, but it didn’t interfere with our very wonderful, peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff maintained cleanliness and safety. "The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and took care getting me the last ground floor room. Room needed a deep clean. I was awaken during the night with a bug crawling on my arm. The next morning I discovered a bug bite on my arm. It hurts. I attach a pic. Moving on…people sat in front of my room door on the stairs smoking that Mary Jane & god only knows what else. "Booked a double queen wheel chair accessible room via Expedia. When I checked in the girl/woman informed me that all handicapped rooms were being remodeled. My son is a paraplegic and needs the larger bathroom. The girl/woman was rude, no customer service skills, no empathy and needs to be fired. She is not fit to work with the public. "We booked at this hotel because it had an indoor swimming The pool was closed and we could not use it our entire stay. There was no extra cable or streaming services unless we were already subscribed to Netflix which we were not. Unfortunately, we had to watch TV with numerous commercials. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was good"

"Dan was one of the staff he is very nice he was very funny and he tried to help but the management did nothing the pool was absolutely disgusting it was filled with sand I reported it several times. the room had a odor we had to spray over and over again but overall it was okay Dan made it okay the bed slept well the pillows felt great even though my bed made noise but it still slept great if they clean the pool I will return and do better with the room smells"
