"Iris driving the shuttle to the airport was an absolute nightmare. She would not acknowledge us as we said good morning. She would not answer questions. She did not let us off at departures but at a door with no instructions on where to go. I unloaded our luggage. She was not happy about loading it. I chose this property based on the airport shuttle. Will not consider staying here again after this experience."

"I booked a 2 Queen room and the evening I arrived, it was not available and I had no choice but to take the single bed they gave me. They sold the room I booked. They was nothing to recompense their mistake, I had no options. My son is 6' 3" and requires his own bed. Very disappointed i my stay and will not stay at this property again."
