"The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is mainly because there were audio issues with the TV on all stations. They said it was a system problem and most likely not going to be fixed before I leave. I stayed 3 nights and it was rough trying to watch tv. The bed was comfortable. "The front desk staff was fantastic as always. Customer service from Latonya and others was consistently exceptional at all hours of the day or night. We loved the assistance from all other staff in housekeeping and the restaurant as well. The air conditioning was spotty at times and could use some upgrading.
