The only thing I didn’t like was that my second room ( traveling with adult kids) was on a different floor and our keys only access the floor we are staying on, so in order to go to their room we all had to meet in the lobby to ride the elevator together!"

"Between the light on the alarm clock, the one on the smoke detector and microwave, the room was quite brightly illuminated overnight, thank you very much; not to mention the street lights. Windham is so cheap: you have to sign up for the membership to get a free Wi Fi. Otherwise it's $4.95 per day. And, of course, the receptionist doesn't have access to guest's Wyndham number, even though it's a Wyndham hotel. Strange, isn't it!!! A twenty-buck discount can be had if the room is booked at the...

"Currently under construction. Cleanliness in the common areas was below expectations during my visit. Once the remodel is complete, it may be worth revisiting, but I would avoid it until renovations are finished."

"The hotels location is great, the hotel was super clean. The only issue we had, was we went there for an event that started at 5:30pm, and we arrived at 2pm, there were hundreds of people waiting to be checked in, but they refused to start checking people in any earlier than 3pm despite having the rooms ready. There was people waiting in line, drinking and getting ready in the bathrooms and lobby for the event, and still they wouldn’t start checking people in to limit the wait for anyone....

"We didn’t like the location of the unsecured parking near a large homeless population. The price was double had we paid using the app. Our room was small but took care of our needs. Mattress was a deep dive into the center so rest did not come easy."

"The room looked really great. We had such an amazing few of downtown from our floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful when trying to navigate things to do in the area. The bar/lounge was a nice touch to the hotel and the food was amazing. The hotel was near so many things such as other bars and restaurants that were in walking distance from the hotel. "The hot tub was kind of small. Our bed was kind of uncomfortable and the pillows were the worst. They were small and not supportive at all. The staff was nice and helpful but there was a long checking in line when we got there. We had to stand around and wait. The hotel was nice and clean though."
