"A different type of hotel in the best of ways! Staff was friendly, rooms were clean."

"The room started off nice for the first night... After that is when all hell broke loose... We were awaken at 3am to move out of unit into another due to feces and urine coming from the unit above us... We moved at 3:00 only to br moved to a unit without the air working .. We inform them that also... As per their statement we can only give you a refund of 30% of your total... I knew they could not be serious when we really was comfortable one night.. out of 4.... unacceptable. Do not...

"Everything was great. The Front Desk Agent, Sinead, was incredibly helpful. Our room had some AC issues and they immediately sent someone to help. When they weren't able to immediately fix the issue, we were able to get another room. I would come back, for sure."

"Great views and location. I think the rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. Restaurant staff the coffee shop. Staff were very friendly. The event staff could be a little more friendly and hospitable. Definitely think that they could benefit from some training on food, allergies even basic ones like nuts and strawberries.. for that type of hotel for especially for a business convention center. I expected a higher caliber of service and Venue. Was disappointed"

"The entire hotels air conditioning was broken in the middle of the summer-They claimed they couldnt reach us due to booking through a third party. Hotels are ALWAYS able to email-It was too late to find other accommodations but have been trying to contact the general manager for 1 week since the stay to discuss this situation and they have made no attempt to return any phone calls-This is a hospitality industry and I find it unbelievable the lack of consideration, courtesy and professionalism."

"It's hard to beat this location if you're going to go to Target Field. We were here in June for 3 days (2 nights). A lot of walkable dining options. Ballpark is a 3 minute walk. Sites like the old stone bridge are also walkable."

"Warmly greeted. Great room on top floor! Excellent workout room with top of the line, good condition equipment. Convenient to have Tavola restaurant right in the building for dinner before concert (we could walk to) and a drink after. Second time staying here. "

"The hotel was nice, a little confusing on parking for the hotel but we figured it out. The downfall was it was very noisy outside until all hours of the night"

"The property was clean and the room was also clean and comfortable . The shower water pressure was great . The location of the hotel was in a convenient spot and we even had a view of the Twins stadium."

"Conveniently located in central downtown. Easy walk to all of the stadiums. The lobby is not particularly warm and we had trouble getting our rooms on time, but the hotel is reasonably priced and the rooms we had were great."

"Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. 8 minute walk to target field was perfect. $30 parking might be a bit much for 1 night. Overall great experience!"

"The shower was abysmal. Long dark hairs in the shower which definitely weren’t ours. The shower door kept sliding open unless you wedged something in it. Which is apparently a well known problem by the staff. The ironing board literally fell apart. The iron left some kind of weird residue on my dress, probably because it either hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while or it doesn’t have distilled water in it or both. The desk staff are very nice though. They were the best part of the stay."
