"Overall good the staff were very rude and not helpful"

"We arrived around 10pm with our 1 year old. Check-in was straight forward, but upon entering our room, we immediately walked out and went back to the check-in counter due to the overwhelming vape smell mixed with a musky scent, as if someone tried to cover it up. When we informed the front desk staff member of this, all she cared about was asking if we had used anything in the room. I had checked in maybe 10 minutes prior--only enough time for us to move the car and bring a load of our baggage...

"Worst dirty motel ever"

"There’s was no extra towels. No coffee and it smell bad!"

"Our room was run down, The tiles in the bathroom were loose. Everything looked dingy and not well maintained. Elevator was not working most of the time, so hauling luggage was more difficult. The pool was absolutely disgusting, it was cloudy and very cold. Hot Tub was not working. Breakfast was typical and not very good. Pay the extra $20 dollars a night for a better hotel."

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The air conditioning barely worked. We told the staff about it, and they said they would come fix it, but no one ever did. The room smelled terrible, and there were dead bugs on the floor. The so-called free Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the TV didn’t work either. "This hotel is the definition of “you get what you pay for”. Beds were functional for sleeping one night, probably 2.5 stars for cleanliness (one dirty towel at checking), although breakfast was better than expected."

"The room was extremely clean as was the hotel in general. We are accustomed to hotels, providing shampoo, conditioner, etc., and that was not the case at this hotel. Additionally, the complementary Wi-Fi was not existent, and if your cellular carrier is AT&T, that was also nonexistent within the hotel."

"The shower don’t really work we have problems with the toilet. The front desk said that they would give us another room and then claimed they were full when the whole thing was basically empty. The walls are so thin you could hear your neighbors conversations. I obviously wouldn’t recommend anybody stay here unless you’re desperate and on a budget"
